Nancy is an experienced entrepreneur and a domain expert in diversity and inclusion. She is the founder of successful diversity consultancy Business Inclusivity, which operates as a social enterprise, and founder and CEO of Umbrella, providing technology-enabled tools and services to empower businesses to improve diversity and inclusion. She is a highly skilled leader with 20 years of experience, including at board level. She holds a BA, two MAs, and a PhD in Postcolonial Feminist Theory, and is currently an Exec MBA student at Cranfield University.

Our founder recognised from an early stage, that developing the bidweg.com concept would not be easy. Now being able to deliver stage one of the business, he is starting to see the hard work come to fruition. Part of that process was assembling the correct management team, this he feels is now done and he is looking forward to building bidweg.com into the success it can become.

Contributor to the SIF/UN COP 24, Bloomberg Environment, Global Water Intelligence, The Water Report UK and EBRD publications and discussions.
